Skyvault

Skyvault Terms

Pilot version. Last updated July 6, 2026.

These are the terms between you and Skyvault. We wrote them in plain language on purpose, because an agreement you cannot understand is not much of an agreement. If anything is unclear, write to us at hello@skyvault.co.

What Skyvault is

Skyvault is a blessing network for the church. Verified members share needs with circles of people they trust, other members step in to help, and thanks flows back. Skyvault is the connection between you and your church community; the blessings themselves happen between people.

Free. Always.

Skyvault costs nothing to join and nothing to use. There are no ads. We do not sell your information to anyone; our privacy policy explains exactly what we collect and why.

Membership comes through your church

You join Skyvault by invitation, through a church whose leaders vouch for their members. You agree to join as yourself, with your real name, as one real person. We may close accounts that pretend to be someone else or that put the community at risk.

Your words stay yours

Everything you write on Skyvault belongs to you. By sharing it, you give Skyvault permission to show it to the circle you chose, which is the whole point of sharing it. We do not use your words for anything else.

Be honest and be kind

  • Share real needs, truthfully told.
  • No harassment, no shaming, no pressure about who gives what.
  • No scams, no soliciting outside the circles you belong to.
  • Church leaders can remove a member from their church community, and we can close accounts that break these terms.

Gifts between members

When giving features are enabled for your church, gifts move from one member to another. Our payment partner, Stripe, handles all card details directly; Skyvault never sees or stores card numbers. Gifts are personal gifts between people, not donations to Skyvault, and Skyvault does not issue giving statements. Once a gift reaches its recipient it belongs to them.

Leaving

You can delete your account any time from My Vault. The privacy policy spells out exactly what is removed and what stays for the people who shared history with you.

Skyvault is young

This is early software, built with care for pilot churches. It comes as it is, without guarantees, and we will keep fixing and improving it quickly. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility to you is limited to the amount you have paid us to use Skyvault, which is nothing, because Skyvault is free.

Changes

As Skyvault grows these terms may change. When they do, we will update the date at the top, and for meaningful changes we will tell your church before they take effect. This pilot version will also receive a professional legal review before Skyvault opens widely.
